Dream Bold Ltd ("Dream Bold", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described below. Our registered office is Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE (company number 13316094). You can reach us at dbokhari@dreamboldltd.com.

What we collect

The Decision Pattern Reflection. You can complete it and see your result without giving us anything. Your answers are calculated in your own browser and are not sent to us or stored by us.

Emails you ask for. If you choose "Send me the 7 days" after your result, or subscribe to our newsletter anywhere on the site, we collect your name (where asked), your email address and, for the 7 days, the pattern result you chose to send. This is held by our email provider, MailerLite.

Messages. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service.

Sessions. If you book One Conversation or Six Conversations, Sixty Days, we receive your name, email address and booking times through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling, and confirmation of payment from Stripe. We never see or store your card details. During sessions you may choose to share personal matters, which can include information about your health or wellbeing. We do not keep a record of what you share: any working notes made during your sessions are deleted once your session or programme is complete.

How we use it

• To send the emails you asked for, until you unsubscribe.
• To reply to your messages.
• To arrange, deliver and keep records of sessions you book.

We do not use reflection results to infer health status, vulnerability or eligibility for support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our newsletter form is provided by MailerLite, which loads a small script that may store technical data needed to display and submit the form. Our email provider may record approximate opens and link clicks for emails you receive from us — a technical signal, not a measure of anything about you. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Legal basis

• Consent for emails you sign up to. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
• Legitimate interest for replying to messages you send us.
• Contract for sessions you book, and legal obligation for keeping payment records.

How long we keep it

• Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Contact messages: up to 12 months after our last exchange.
• Session notes: deleted once your session or programme is complete.
• Booking and payment records: 6 years, as UK tax law requires.

Where your data is held

Some of our providers (MailerLite, Netlify, FormSubmit, Google and Stripe) may process data outside the UK, including in the EU and the United States. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict our use of it. Email dbokhari@dreamboldltd.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Our books are sold on Amazon. When you follow a link to Amazon, or to Google Calendar to book, their own privacy policies apply.

Children

This site and our sessions are intended for adults (18 and over).

Changes

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
