These terms apply to your use of the Dream Bold Ltd website (company number 13316094, registered office Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE). By using this site, you agree to them.

Not a substitute for professional care

Dream Bold publishes reflective, research-informed content, the Decision Pattern Reflection, self-guided tools and Six Conversations, Sixty Days. None of these are psychotherapy, medical, legal or financial advice, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. The Decision Pattern Reflection is an original Dream Bold tool; it has not been psychometrically validated and does not assign a personality type or diagnosis. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or facing coercion, abuse or severe distress, please contact an appropriate emergency or professional service rather than relying on this site.

One Conversation and Six Conversations, Sixty Days

One Conversation is a single paid session, and Six Conversations, Sixty Days (60 Days in the Trenches of Wisdom) is a paid programme of six conversations over six weeks. Both are booked and paid for through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling (with payment processed by Stripe). Bookings and payment are governed by Google's and Stripe's own terms in addition to these. Neither diagnoses, treats, or guarantees any outcome, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not attending, means the session is forfeited; if something genuinely urgent comes up, contact us and we'll look at it case by case. This applies the same way to One Conversation and to each session within Six Conversations, Sixty Days. Each booking may be rescheduled once; a second reschedule is treated as a cancellation.

Refund policy

Payment for One Conversation and for Six Conversations, Sixty Days is processed through Stripe at the time of booking. If you need to rethink your commitment, tell us no later than 10 days from the payment date and we'll refund it in full. After that, payment is final: sessions already held, or forfeited under the cancellation policy above, are not refunded, though genuine emergencies are still looked at case by case.

Intellectual property

The text, essays, reflection questions and design of this site belong to Dream Bold Ltd unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You are welcome to quote and link to it with attribution.

Products sold by third parties

Books referenced on this site (Before You Decide, Save Your Heart, 60 Days in the Trenches of Wisdom, Small Wins, A Quiet Five Minutes, The Christmas Postcard Tradition) are sold via Amazon. Purchases are subject to Amazon's own terms; Dream Bold does not process that payment or fulfilment.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dream Bold Ltd is not liable for decisions made using this site's content or tools, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
